There is a great room, kitchen, laundry room and private outdoor area for your use. We are in the same home on the upper level. Guests have a 2200 sq ft MIL suite with a private entrance/lock off, great room, kitchen, laundry room, and outdoor space. Guests also have 2 parking spaces. Our family enjoys hosting and interacting with our guests to make sure they have everything they need for an awesome experience, but we are very respectful of the privacy and level of interaction that each guest prefers.
