Spacious Flat w. Roof Terrace, 10min to the Beach

Spacious and bright apartment (110m²) . All rooms have windows (with exterior shutters) connected to a balcony. There is access for the guests to the roof terrace (50m²) that includes a couple of sun loungers, garden chairs and a table. The apartment is located 700 meters from the beach (10 min. walk). The neighborhood is quiet, near the town centre and has a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment is officially registered w. the council. Touristic tax included in the price The space The apartment is located in the beautiful small coastal town of Canet de Mar, well-known for its Art Noveau buildings and summer rock festival. The flat is a second floor apartment in a building of only two, so there are no neighbors on the top floor. It consists of a large roof terrace accessible through the main staircase. There you can find a couple of sun lounges for sunbathing, garden chairs and a table ideal for dinners under the stars. The apartment has three bedrooms, two double and one single, all with new mattresses and bed linen, with natural light and windows connecting to the balcony. The bathroom has a new shower (good water pressure) and the kitchen has all the essentials (fridge/freezer, gas oven, microwave, toaster and electric kettle). The dining room/living room is very well lit and features a two/three seater sofa, an armchair and a new flat screen TV. It is connected to the balcony where there is a table with chairs to be able to enjoy the breeze or the sun at any time of the day. There are also several board games available such as Domino, Poker, Mikado and a deck of Spanish cards. Guest access BEDROOMS: The property has three bedrooms. •Single bedroom,sleeps one. •Master bedroom, double bed. Sleeps two. •Double bedroom w. private balcony, double bed. Sleeps two. *THIS BEDROOM WILL ONLY BE ACCESSIBLE WHEN MORE THAN 2 GUESTS STAY IN THE PROPERTY* Bed Linen and towels are provided: •One large and one hand towel per guest. •Extra bed linen and towels if staying longer than 5 nights. You will find these in each bedroom’s chest of drawers so you can change the linen whenever is best for you. ROOF TERRACE: To access the roof terrace go upstairs to the top floor and enter through the left door. There are some sun loungers, garden chairs and a table ideal for dinners under the stars or a quick sunbath. Other things to note Please be mindful of the luggage you will be carrying or your physical condition, as this property is located on the second floor and has NO LIFT. Do not leave any food out that might attract uninvited pests. Tiny ants are common in Spain during spring and summer and can become a real problem. We suggest leaving the food in the fridge (especially sweets!) :) The host does not speak English but her daughters can respond quickly to any queries in English through Airbnb messages or on the phone (British number). Downloading any files from the internet via torrents and similars' or un-authorised streaming is illegal in Spain and considered a criminal activity, followed by high fines, therefore we ask the guest to not engage in any activities of this sort while visiting our home.
