There is a dock which can accommodate 2 boats and/or jet skies just steps from the house. (This is a TVA lake and levels are controlled by the TVA.Typically from September - April, lake levels are reduced, restricting the use of the dock.) Great fishing, hiking, site seeing, antiquing, dining, bars and restaurants. Only 8 miles from town. We found Blue Ridge 5 years ago and never left, we love it there.
