There are 3 apartments located in a villa with minimal architecture, newly built, with a swimming pool shared between the 3 apartments. Very intimate and exclusive residence, dedicated to families and couples looking for relaxation in a dream setting. The space The accommodation is located on the pool level of the property, opening directly onto the pool itself and the solarium, as well as the sea. You can reach the property on foot or directly with an internal elevator. Apartment size: 60 sqm. It has a large living room with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, for a total of 4 beds, guaranteed by the possibility of using the sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, under-counter refrigerator, induction stove, dishwasher, countertop microwave, coffee machine, various utensils, dishes, cleaning products, and linens. Outside, you can use the solarium where there is a table with chairs near the French window of the living room, all facing the sea. There is also a small private garden with a clothesline and deck chairs, also with a sea view. The bathroom has a bidet. There are 2 TVs with satellite/internet connection, air conditioning, washing machine, ironing board and iron, electric broom. You can wash your own linens and spread outdoors. The room has an open wardrobe. The beds have Memory Foam mattresses (standard size 160*200 double and sofa bed) that adapt to body weight and shape, the hardness is average. Each window is equipped with two or more systems for shading, darkening, external protection for greater privacy and/or insects. For families with children, a model crib "next to me" is available upon request for the first months of life, a camping bed and a high chair like Ikea. Guest access The outdoor pool and solarium are shared among the property's 3 apartments. The solarium is organized into 3 spaced-out areas, each accommodation has a dedicated area. Only guests of the 3 apartments belonging to the property can access the pool. The opening date of the pool varies according to the weather conditions, indicatively from Easter to October, for confirmation contact the host. The swimming pool is subject to internal regulations that must be respected. In the mid-seasons, heating is possible up to 25 degrees due to the external weather conditions, to be agreed in advance during the reservation, this is an extra cost. There is a children's play area on the pool floor. Only one car per reservation can be parked inside the property in an area closed by a driveway gate (2 parking spaces in total). The property offers free WiFi and is equipped with an elevator serving all floors that gives direct access to each accommodation. Each accommodation is pleasantly furnished, has ample living spaces inside and outside and enjoys every comfort. Sandy beaches and crystal clear sea are a few minutes drive away. All available on Airbnb. In order to ensure the best stay for our guests, given the property's intimate nature, it is not possible to accommodate groups of young people under the age of 25. In any case, they must strictly adhere to the internal regulations, with particular reference to noise and the use of the swimming pool, under penalty of immediate removal from the property. The number of people listed on the reservation is mandatory. In case you want to add people to the stay, without prejudice to the capacity of beds, it will be necessary to communicate it directly to the host, who has the right to request an additional contribution for the additional cleaning costs and linens to be provided. It is not possible to accommodate guests without authorization, and in any case, they cannot access the pool area for safety reasons. If you wish to use electric vehicle charging, please indicate this at the time of booking. This is an extra service that involves a parking fee. The air conditioning is ducted, so it cannot be controlled separately for each room but covers the entire apartment. With high outdoor temperatures in summer (36-38 degrees and high humidity), it reaches a maximum of about 23-24 degrees.
