Casa de Silvia. Warner Park, Madrid and surroundings

Hi, I'm Silvia, the host. My priority is to welcome you and make you feel at home. So don't hesitate to ask me anything you want to know and I'll be happy to help you with whatever you need. The accommodation is very cozy, brand new and everything is brand new. You also have a nice private terrace for breakfast or to be outdoors with the family. Warner Park is just 5 km away. Downtown Madrid is 30 minutes away, Aranjuez 25 minutes, Chinchón 20 minutes, and Toledo 1 hour. The space The accommodation has three bedrooms and the possibility of seven beds. Kitchen equipped with kitchenware, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine and dryer, all at no cost. The bathroom is complete with shower soap and a hairdryer. In the master bedroom there is a 180 cm king-size bed and a TV. The bunk bed room will delight the children. The third bedroom features two beds and the possibility of accommodating an extra bed. There is no living room. Next to the house there are restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and supermarkets that you can walk to. Warner Park is 5 minutes away and other tourist attractions are also nearby. Very close by there is a bus stop with frequent transport to Madrid and to the Renfe de Pinto and Ciempozuelos stations. Guest access The entrance to the accommodation is shared with my family. But you'll have complete independence once you're in your space. You'll have two keys, the entrance keys and the keys to your own room. The schedule during the stay is totally free. You'll stay upstairs, and my family and I live downstairs.
