Conveniently located in the heart of the village called "Le Porge", walking distance from all the shops, chemist, open market. It is only 7kms away from the wild but supervised beaches of the atlantic coast renowned for wind surfing. You are only 10mns drive from Lacanau and its beautiful lake, 20 minutes away from Bassin d'Arcachon (Ares, Andernos etc...). If you like wine, you are in the right place : Medoc and all its famous vineyards. Finally, Bordeaux the magnificent is only 1 hour away The space Entirely new and fully equipped.One bedroom house plus one convertible sofa in the main room (4 people max). Fridge, micro-wave, electric oven, coffee machine, tea kettle, dish-washer, washing machine, iron and iron board, hoover. Shower room, wc, tv,wifi etc.......... Guest access private parking. Full access to the swimming pool (not heated) only from beginning of june to end of september. Other things to note we have a dog and a cat so although we are animal lovers, pets won't be allowed.
