A lovely place to stay during the whole year. Up to 24/26 guests 2 double rooms, 2 triple, 2 monovolume, 1 quadruple, community space with basic kitchen. Private bathrooms, air-conditioning, summer swimming-pool The space You will be staying in an artistic environment. Beautiful independent essential rooms and apartments nearby the main house in front of the vine yard. An "international" Italian experience since we go for tradition but we do love being contemporary. This particular 'ad' - notice, is for renting the complete 'Agriturismo'. We have a total of 25 beds spread over 5 rooms and 3 apartments. In specific; 1 single room, 1 double room, 2 double (triple) rooms, 1 quadruple room with 2 bathrooms, 3 apartments with private kitchen. In case you would like to celebrate, to meet up with friends or family we have a large 'Grand Hall' with a basic kitchen, two toilets, cloakroom and a wall covered with mirrors - to be, eat or play together throughout the whole year. You can cook by yourself (1 kitchen in common and 3 kitchens in the apartments) or choose a 'catering' or even a special cook for you. Obviously you mix the solutions the way you want. You want the intimacy of your room? You can have diner inside with a 'surprise' diner served on purpose for the occasion. A small group of celebrators? Or just relaxing? From 4 to 10 persons we can offer you an Italian food experience in the quietness of the 'Arcipelago'. Just a few steps away from where you sleep... We hope to see you :) Guest access What I love about our place is the possibility to stay together or to be completely on your own. You have your own private space, nice and cool in summer, warm in winter to withdraw, but you also have a delightful large 'ex-barn' in which we can serve breakfast on request and were you can meet each other when you feel like it. You can go for a swim during the day in summer and if you want to swim at night you can, with or without the lights on. Near the rooms on the other site of the lawn is the vineyard, olive trees and low hills to walk through. We make wine since 1991, biological, which is produced entirely on the land. It leaves the 'Archipelago' bottled. The "Agriturismo" is on a "cul-de-sac" street, a no through road, people run or go by bicycle, going up hill you can see the sea in the distance (20km) on a clear day, trip about 7 km up and down. Other things to note Getting exactly at our place is only possible by car. In case you decide to stay firm here, painting, reading working on something you need to be concentrated, we can pick you up and help you around. The Roman Fiumincino Airport is on 90 km, Roma Ciampino; 90 km Tarquinia is 20 km from Tuscania so is Viterbo. The Archipel is on 5 km from Tuscania.
