The Old Stables

Maison d etre are proud to offer the Old Stables, which is a beautifully converted 1 bedroom house. Finished to a very high standard throughout. One double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Short walk to Whitley Bay beaches and Restaurants. Perfect for a getaway for 2 people. Small dogs are welcome by prior consent. The space Entry is though a small gate with a slate sign saying " Old Stables - please enter". The front door is just inside. There is lock box just behind the gate. In the hall is a coat rack and access to the bedroom, and stairs to the open plan kitchen / lounge area. The bedroom has a king size bed with Emma mattress, large wardrobe, dressing table and full length mirror, iron and ironing board and access to the bathroom. Up the stairs to the kitchen / living area with access to the utility room and WC. The kitchen is equipped with a fan oven, microwave, kettle, all the pots, pans and crockery you may need. The living area has a leather corner sofa, and an extendable table with 2 chairs. In the utility room is the boiler and Fridge/ Freezer.
