The gîte is located in Lesmaronies in the municipality of Saint Paul de Salers on a 3300 m2 wooded park. It consists of a living room, a mezzanine bedroom that can accommodate 3 people (3 beds of 90), a master bedroom on the ground floor open to the terrace (1 bed of 140), bathroom with shower and washing machine, separate toilet and large terrace. The space The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, filter coffee maker and SENSEO coffee maker, electric hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge with freezer. Guest access The two cottages are on the same 3300 m2 park but completely independent. Other things to note CAUTION: Self-managed vacation rental, i.e. with basic cleaning at your expense and sheets, bath towels and dish towels are not provided.
