Beautifully overlooking the sea, in the middle of a green setting, this house with modern comfort, just renovated, calls for rest in a quiet environment, facing Tomé Island and the "7 islands". The beautiful beach of Kerieg, with fine sand, is located at the foot of the garden. The house, ideally located to discover Brittany, is 10 minutes from Perros Guirec and Port Blanc, 25 minutes from Ploumanach, Trégastel, Trébeurden or Ile Grande, 45 minutes from Sillon de Talbert or Ile de Bréhat. The space Offering very large openings and enjoying an exceptional 180° view of the sea, the house, renovated in 2019, is composed of 3 levels with a total area of 150 m²: - On the ground floor (50 m2): + kitchen - living room - dining room of 40 m²; +1 toilet and 1 shower room; - Upstairs (50 m2): +1 bedroom with electric 160 (2X80) bed with sink; +2 bedrooms with 2 beds of 90, one with sink; +1 bedroom with 140 cm bed and 90 cm bunk bed; - On the ground floor (50 m2) + 1 dining room, with equipped kitchen + 1 TV lounge (sleeps 2) + 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 80 (or bed of 160) + 1 toilet and 1 shower room Parties and events are prohibited. No smoking in the house. Pets are not allowed. Bookings are scheduled from Saturday to Saturday. Any other request will not be accepted. The house is located on a large wooded plot of more than 2000 m2 descending to the beach. A heated outdoor shower makes it easy to return from the beach during the summer. Other things to note Linens and sheets (which some people prefer to bring) are not provided. However, they can be rented for an additional cost of €15 per person per stay. A cleaning service is provided. At the price of €100, it does not grant the tenant the right to return the house in an unsuitable condition. Instructions will be given in this regard. A fee will be withheld if the house is not left in a normal state. Paddleboard rental possible. Services to be requested as soon as possible.
