It's a 15-20 minute walk or 3 minutes by car. In summer you can park near the beach for €1/24 hours. Double bed (135x190) and 2 single beds (90x190 and 80x180), bathroom, kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, normal and single-dose coffee maker, washing machine, kitchen utensils…TV Aire acondicionado. Sheets and towels. Blankets. Terrace The space It's not very big, it has 35 meters of interior and a 24-meter terrace with artificial grass, table and chairs. In the kitchen you have a normal coffee maker and single-dose coffee maker. I'll leave you some coffee and sugar. In the room where there is a single bed, the other one is underneath. When necessary, it is taken out and placed next to it. If you are looking for sun, keep in mind that from October to March the sun does not shine on the terrace. CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED in the reservation. On the day of departure, the apartment must be left as it was, in good clean condition. Otherwise, the cleaning would be paid separately, the cost between €20-€40. Guest access The development has 2 swimming pools (Open from June 1 to September 30), 4 paddle courts available all year round and a beach bar open only in the summer months. SPA OPTION: The spa is located in a local hotel. Prices may vary. From €15/person there are many options, jacuzzi, sauna, massages….
