Very private apartment with out door decking area. Only 2 mins walk to the beach where you can get your morning coffee or a pizza for dinner. 7 min walk to the village centre with restaurants, pub, shops etc. Perfectly positioned for events in New Plymouth or to explore the Egmont National park or Surf Highway 45. Happy to give advice on the best surf spots!! Able to sleep 4 people with stretcher beds in the lounge area. The space This is a fully refurbished one bedroom apartment with ensuite and cooking facilities. The apartment is maintained to a high class standard with all the facilities to enjoy a comfortable stay. 2 stretcher beds are available for the kids and the lounge room can be closed off from the bedroom. Fridge and microwave available. A BBQ is available on request. There is a TV with Freeview channels. There is a sunny private deck area. Laundry facilities available on request. Guest access Access to the apartment is off Telford Tce and completely independent and private from the rest of the house. During your stay The apartment is completely private from the rest of the house but I am available via a phone call or text to help you out with anything you need. Happy to give advise on local restaurants, beaches, transport, surfing conditions / spots, hiking trails and even fishing spots!
