If you have an electric vehicle you can plug in to the level 2 charger! We have plenty of room for large trailers! Our personal home is right next to where you will be staying and you will likely see us from time to time. We respect your privacy, but your yard is right next to ours. If you want an experience where you don’t see the owners at all this would not be a good fit for you. This is one side of a 2 unit rental, so there may be other guests on the other side. But you will have your own private outdoor area and hot tub. The living room and bedroom each have a wall A/C unit for cooling and the living room unit has heat. If you aren’t used to window units just be aware that they aren’t silent. Our units are both brand new, but there will be some noise from them. There is a plug in heater for the bedroom in the winter. We have provided plenty of places to charge your devices and relax. The queen sized bed with lamp on each side makes it easy to read or kick back and watch the bedroom smart TV. Since the bathroom has an entrance through both the bedroom and the living room (through a hidden bookcase door) no one needs to wake someone up in the night to use the restroom. The kitchenette has a full sized fridge, full sized microwave and full sized toaster oven that you can fit a pizza in. There is a Keurig coffee maker and small sink. It is also equipped with a drip coffee pot and an electric skillet plus, of course, dishes. Guest access We live on the same property as the Guest House. Our home is only about 50 feet from where you will be staying, but you have complete privacy. Our personal backyard is a private area not for the guests to use. However there are comfy chairs outside of the guest house for you to relax while enjoying the beautiful views. You will have to walk up two steps to enter the house, but there are no steps inside. We have another rental that shares a wall with this unit. You may occasionally hear the other renters, but we have done our best to soundproof the spaces. And each location has its own parking, entrance and you will likely not even see the other guests. Other things to note We have a Pack ‘n Play available upon request. But it’s possible you will hear a noise occasionally. We no longer allow pets. If you have stayed with us before and brought your dog we welcome you reaching out to us about bringing them. But unfortunately too many guests have allowed their pet to cause damage and we don’t permit them anymore.
