It is the only one of its kind in Old Goa and is located on the same hill as the Chapel of Our Lady of the Mount. Built in 1510, this is believed to be one of the oldest chapels in Goa. You will wake up the calls of more than 50 bird varieties and the rustle of leaves. Velha is built for leisure. Our spaces, gardens, hammocks and the pool invite you to slow down and enjoy life. Our villas are outfitted with books, games, a piano & a guitar and bicycles to keep you occupied. Guest access Guests who come to stay here can access all parts of the hotel. We have a swimming pool, books in the living rooms as well as games. Should guests wish to play a game or two of table tennis or a couple of games of badminton; we have that too! While we do have a team of young, enthusiastic and experienced chefs; if anyone wishes to rustle up something in the kitchen, we'd be more than happy to oblige.
