This two bedroom boasts stunning views of the UK's only Royal Harbour. The flat is in the centre of Ramsgate, a charming harbour town on the Kent Coast. The space The flat is situated in the historic Royal Sailor's Rest, one of Ramsgate most picturesque buildings. The balcony spans the length of the building and offers spectacular views across the town. It is the perfect spot to watch the world go by as boats sail in and out of the harbour. Beyond the marina there are undisrupted sea views, on a clear day its possible to see France. Each room has been newly renovated and has a modern feel with a regency twist. The ceilings are an impressive 3.2meters giving the flat a lofty sense of space and grandeur. Each room benefits from at least one floor to ceiling window, letting huge amounts of nature light flood in. The master bedroom has a four poster king size bed, the second bedroom fits a comfortable double. Both rooms have storage including bedside tables and wardrobes so you can unpack and make yourself feel at home. The kitchen and living room are open plan. The modern kitchen has a breakfast bar which can also be used as a workspace. The cupboard are complete with all kitchen items you would need to host up to six people. The living space has a large industrial/wood dining table for family style dinners. The lounge space has an extra large L-shaped couch with big screen smart TV. The floor closest to the windows has been raised to make the most of the views. Multiple seating options are here allowing you to either snuggle up and read in the armchair or eat breakfast, drink coffee or even work at the bistro table. We have fast reliable internet making it easy to stay for longer durations and work with amazing views in the background. The smart TV makes it possible to sign into your Netflix and Prime accounts. There is a selection of games in the cupboard should you wish to pass the time playing monopoly and books spread around the flat that you are welcome to read. The Flat is in the very centre of the town, immediately outside is the bus stop, the Loop comes every 8 minutes and takes you to the station, Broadstairs, Margate and all other corners of Thanet. A very short stroll brings you to Ramsgate main sands and the restaurants and bars around the harbour. Guest access Ramsgate benefits from the fast train is 1h14 minutes from St Pancras International or 1h50 from London Victoria. If you are driving, free parking is available and easily found approximately 8 minutes walk from the flat, I can direct you before you arrive. Alternatively there is plenty of paid parking options in the town. There is a bus stop directly outside of the flat, the loop bus comes every 8 minutes taking you to the station or neighbouring towns Margate and Broadstairs. The flat is in the very centre of the town making all the key sites and attractions just a stones throw away.
