Large villa with lots of space for families or groups of surfers. Lush garden, BBQ, & pool. The space There are 4 bedrooms (with AC) and 3.5 bathrooms. Spacious open living room. 9mx3m pool. The house is open air living Balinese style downstairs while upstairs each bedroom can be closed with AC. Two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The walled property has a large parking area, lush garden with outdoor shower, traditional Balinese "bale" to relax in, BBQ and plenty of space to relax. This one of a kind villa is furnished with a mix of Indonesian antiques and Balinese furniture. Guest access The whole property is available to you. We can also arrange: -airport transport -rental motor bike -rental car and driver -surfing school, guide -yoga class -tours Other things to note The downstairs of the house is open living, Balinese style. This means no walls- so there are mosquitoes and the occasional frog to be found. Upstairs all the rooms can be closed with AC. We do pest control to reduce mosquitoes once a week. There is only one TV with DVD player to be found in an upstairs bedroom. No TV downstairs in the living room.***A note about the rainy season*** The rainy season in Bali runs from October to March. The weather tends to have heavy downpours in the afternoon and night. As this villa is open to the elements, guests need to understand that some water can and does get inside the villa. There are rain curtains located throughout the house that need to be lowered prior to heavy downpours. Guests will need to be responsible to lower the rain curtains when possible. The maid can also assist with this but there will be times where the guests need to attend to the rain curtains. Note that the bedrooms are totally dry and unaffected by the rain. It is the downstairs living area that is most open to the elements due to the floorplan. If you have any questions about the rain and the villa please ask!
