Your one time resort fee of $113.00 will allow you and the people in your reservation , full guest access, to all the resort amenities; pool, hot-tub, marina, general store, pickle ball, tiki beach and more! We have an amazing on-site, co-host, Ruby, thats available for any emergencies, questions and concerns. Atlantic Ocean Short walk or bike/golf cart/ car ride to the pool and other amenities. RESORT FEE 1. There is a one-time $113.00 resort fee that is paid upon check-in. This is waived if a family member owns a unit in the resort. Must be verified. DOG RULE 2. There is no official dog park so dogs must be walked or driven outside of the park to relieve themselves. There is grass and dirt outside the park. Same dog waste pick-up rules apply. *ABSOLUTELY NO free* range for dogs to use the neighbors property to do their "bidness"! MUST pick up any dog mess on your rented lot before leaving. The cleaning fee does NOT include dog or cat poo. Or anyones poo for that matter!! NOTE: 1.
