Studio in our historic family home with breakfast

Our large warm sunny historic home with the studio in the garden is situated in Westport. 5 minutes walk into the Main Town Centre, Pulse Energy Centre, Racecourse, North Beach, Lost Lagoon Walks , Fishing and Coaltown Muesum. Cape Foulwind, Carters Beach including the golf course and airport are a 10 minute drive. Denniston Incline the Charming Creek Walkway a 30-40 minute drive. Karamea a 2 hour drive to see the Oparara Arches NIkau Palm Walk Scotts Beach and the Heaphy Track. The space In the garden we have a separate studio with a Queen bed with tea and coffee making facilities. Dressing gowns umbrellas and slip on shoes all provided for making your access to the main house comfortable Light, bright , warm and sunny . Sunny deck off the studio ,to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or tea . Guests can have a continental or cooked breakfast . Although the studio does not have a ensuite there is a private modern bathroom with locking doors including rain shower for guests only Inside the main house 15 metres away Private rustic shower in the garden with hot water . Other things to note We have two boys 14 and 12 years old Kande our 6 year old border collie who loves her tummy being rubbed and catching her soccer ball.
