The space Beautiful, very well-equipped open kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double bed 160 x 200, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 200 and 2 bunk beds 90 x 200, living room with 120 cm TV and library area, games room with billiards and foosball, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 bathroom with shower, washing machine and dishwasher... all modern comforts for a house located in the heart of nature, surrounded by woods and 2 km from the nearest city center Guest access The property is entirely and exclusively reserved for tenants. Other things to note The floors of the whole house are made of travertine, a porous rock that requires cleaning with water exclusively. Reservations are possible from 3 nights. In July and August, the minimum stay is 7 nights. Bed linen is provided for all reservations. Towels and tea towels are only included for stays of 5 nights or more However, it is possible to provide them for an additional fee of: - €4 for 1 shower towel per person - €4 for 2 tea towels and 1 hand towel (To be specified at the time of booking and to be paid on site)
