The property has its own private gated garden and patio. The patio is well equipped for ‘al fresco’ dining, with a teak table and chairs, large parasol and a BBQ. The patio looks over your private lawned garden. Outside of your private garden there are the communal gardens which are mainly laid to lawn, and a large children’s play area with skyfort, swings and a slide. There is a large secure car park for the use of guests only. The cottage has an open plan living dining room with exposed oak beams. The living room opens on to the sheltered courtyard with its pond to the front, and onto your private patio to the rear through double doors.
