The property has its own private gated garden and patio. The patio is well equipped for ‘al fresco’ dining, with a teak table and chairs, large parasol and a BBQ. The patio looks over your private lawned garden. Outside of your private garden there are the communal gardens which are mainly laid to lawn, and a large children’s play area with skyfort, swings and a slide. The living room opens on to the sheltered courtyard with its pond to the front, and onto your private patio to the rear through double doors.
