Holiday home with boathouse by the sea

Great location holiday home only 50 meters from the sea. Here you also get access to the boathouse and outdoor area by the lake, overlooking Northern Europe's highest lighthouse, Sletringen. The house is from 1918 and is preserved in a mixture of older style and modern interior in scenic Titran. An eldorado for canoe and kayak paddlers. Titran fishing village appears as an idyllic fishing village with strong traditions. The space The area is filled with hundreds of small islets and a great starting point for kayaking, fishing and diving experiences. Sea eagles are a daily sight from the property. There are several good trout waters on Frøya. Great for fishing and leisure, as well as access to some of Trøndelag's best fishing areas. Nearby there is a sea fishing center that offers day trips for deep sea fishing. There is also a well-kept fort from World War II within walking distance, with guided tours or the possibility to hike on your own. Pets are allowed as long as consideration is shown to neighbors and other surroundings as well as, of course, the house's inventory. The tenant cleans the house himself and puts it in the condition it was in upon arrival. The tenant brings consumables such as toilet paper, shampoo and the like. Hand soap, dish soap for hand and machine washing are available in the house. There are some basic products in the house such as salt, pepper, sugar and the like. The tenant must bring towels, duvet covers, pillowcases and sheets. Cup towels are available in the house. Much of the furniture is old and irreplaceable so we hope the tenant will treat it accordingly. Smoking is prohibited in the house, but can occur inside the boathouse as long as it does not lead to fire. Check-in and check-out by appointment. Sit on top canoe for two is available. Guest access Parking next to and in front of the house on the lawn if desired Other things to note The largest room here has two family bunks, one of which is larger than the other and the smallest is considered two single beds. The next room has 1 family bunk bed and the master bedroom has a double bed. The kitchen is equipped for cooking and storage, and there is also space in the freezer in the hallway. In the bathroom there is, in addition to a sink, shower and toilet, a washing machine that can be used freely. The boathouse can be used as a gathering place and for cosy moments on the edge of the dock. There are long tables and seating for many in addition to gas grill and a lot of strange things to look at from the old days. We would like to inform you that the house has a steep staircase to the attic where the bedroom and bathroom are located. You can borrow a sit-on-top canoe for two if desired (summer) Please contact us for rental of a 16 ft boat with 9.9 hp outboard motor (summer). Cleaning/dishwashing may be available and if so, agreed in advance.
