If you wish to hang your wet clothes probably best inside the bathroom and not in the balcony as this is not allowed by the condo. Same penalties will be applied by our Admin if found violated. Please turn off the the lights and air-conditioning when leaving to avoid any electric hazards. Enjoy your stay! Additional Note: For guests arriving before check in time: We dont have a luggage storage for any of the guests since our condo admin doesnt allow guests to leave any luggages at the lobby to avoid overcrowding and for security purposes too. Less than 200 pesos for a regular taxi. Airport taxis or yellow ones are of higher rates. Local sim cards are sold in the airport or any convenience stores. But for tourists, sometimes you can get it a free prepaid SIM card at the airport; just buy a prepaid card load and youre good to go. Check-in time 3PM or after; check out 11 AM. Any arrival or check-in past midnight is deemed to be checking in for the incoming night and not the past midnight arrival time and date.
