Studio #1 Air-conditioned with Pool in Villa

This studio is completely independent of the main house It consists of a kitchen area, a bed (140/190/30, new bedding) and a fully renovated bathroom. The neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant with its shops 300 m away. You can enjoy the villa's garden and pool in summer. This accommodation is NON-SMOKING and children are not allowed for safety/pool reasons. PRIVATE POOL shared with the owner and the other studio The space The neighborhood is close to many shops: (bakery, banks, gas station and supermarkets, with laundromat) 300 m walk. Towels and sheets are provided. The apartment is strictly NON-SMOKING. No pets are allowed. The swimming pool is common to the house, it is 7 m by 3.5 m and its depth is 1.5 m. You will find stairs across the width. Check-in is possible after 6 p.m. Check-out time is before 10 a.m. security and surveillance system are present in the common areas (aisles and swimming pool) Guest access Guests will have access to the entire studio. Only the garden and pool are shared spaces. The pool is only accessible to guests. Access to all persons outside the rental is absolutely prohibited. No events are allowed. 4 surveillance cameras in the common areas (aisles and in front of the house) are present to ensure your safety. No demonstrations of any kind will be permitted. Any serious breaches of a rule set by the owner will be automatically reported to the Airbnb platform. Other things to note The area is close to shops: (bakery, banks, gas station and supermarkets with laundry area) about a 2-minute walk. NON-SMOKING area IMPERATIVE No pets allowed. 1 rental car is available on-site provided that you go through the rental platform and depending on the availability of the vehicle. I can provide a shuttle between the train station and the airport (arrangements to be made with the owner).
