We offer comfort and practicality in informal but well-kept spaces. Wi-Fi throughout the property and outside, suitable for remote work. For the summer and the best spring and autumn days, you will have a table and chairs available for outdoor dining. During the stay, you can move freely, even with your pets, within the wide boundaries of the property. Our orchards surround the two buildings that house five apartments, the services for our small farm campsite (six pitches) and our workshop, where we transform our fruit into organic jams. At the foot of Monte Strega (Natura2000 area) and less than half an hour from the Monte Catria ski lifts. In the heart of the Umbrian-Marche Apennines and a stone's throw from Sassoferrato, Pergola, Arcevia and Genga, which represent some of the most beautiful villages in Italy in the Marche region, ours is a strategic location for visiting the riches of the Apennines. The caves of Frasassi, Urbino, Assisi, Perugia and Spello can be reached in about an hour's drive, as well as the Conero Riviera. We have always practiced organic farming and are attentive to the sustainability of all our activities, which is why our facility is powered only by electricity, mostly from our rooftop photovoltaic system.
