【SERDANG CITY HOMESTAY]is a 950sf Apartment with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms + Living Hall & Kitchen that can stay 10pax. The apartment is opposite South City Plaza & at higher floor which can view entire Seri Kembangan. The Apartment has strategic locations in Seri Kembangan urban areas & surrounded by Restaurants, Supermarket, Convenient Stores, Shopping Mall & etc. The Komuter Train Station & Future MRT2 Station are within walking distance. We are glad to guide you to explore the Food Paradise. The space The apartment is at higher floor which can view the entire Seri Kembangan area, Bukit Jalil and IOI City Mall view. It is an entire Apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A big living hall + dining area and wet kitchen with basic necessity equipments Our Apartment can stay 10 persons. Bedrooms details: All bedrooms with Air-Conditioning - 【Room 1】 = 2 Queen Bed (With attached Bathroom). - 【Room 2】= 2 Queen Bed. - 【Room 3】= 1 Queen Bed Other things to note IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES. Please check the terms and conditions before check-in 【Serdang City Homestay】. *Important Notice during Pendemic. Base on the Malaysia Gorverment latest announcement, Homestay only welcomes Fully Vaccinated Guess. Note : After booked Homestay, guest must present the Identity Card for verification before check in. 1) In order to avoid the occurrence of fire, such as lightning, thunder, wire short circuit or electrical short circuit and so on. These all factors that may lead to fires. Whenever all the guests leave the Homestay or when no one is in the Homestay, the guests must turn off all the Air conditioners and lights to avoid fires caused by the above reasons. Once the guest is found not complying with this Homestay rules, then will be fine RM200 in cash. If the above factors may lead to an accidental fire in the Homestay, then guests need to bear the loss of fire. Thank 2) A security deposit RM 200 (refundable) will be collect 48 Hours before check in time. If there are no damage of losses in Homestay then we will refund the security deposit within 48 hours after check out . 3) Please inform us of your check-in time at least one day in advance. Normal check in time is 3 pm or after. (Any early check in request cost RM30/hours and it subject to the availability. 4) Please do inform us check-out time at least one hour before you check out. Normal Check out time is 12pm or before. (Note : Any delay of check out (After 12pm) will be charge RM30/hour (Subject to the availability). 5) Home appliances and kitchen ware provided in Homestay are for the convenience and Comfort for our guests’. It is must clean up and put them back after used. Otherwise additional cleaning fees will be charged. 6) Shower Gel, shampoo and hair-dryer are provided in our Homestay. ( Note : Towel is not provided) . 7) Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited inside the house ( RM200 will be fined if found that you smoked indoor or pets stay in) . 8) No food and drinks allow inside the bedroom areas. Ample dining and lounging areas can be found inside the Homestay. All the garbage needs to pack and thrown into the trash can, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged. 9) To practise green environment therefore, please turn off all the switches of air-conditioning, Water heather, fans , lights and TV before you check out and leave your "Home” Especially the air-conditioning ! If found that the air conditioning still on when you are not in the Homestay, therefore, some of your deposit will be burned ! (Minimum penalty is RM100). 10) Lost keys will be fined minimum RM 50 . 11) Please keep your voice low after 11.00pm to avoid disturbing your neighbors. 12) Due to its residential area, no speaker, music instruments, microphone or loud music are allows to avoid interruption to the neighbourhood. 【Serdang City Homestay】 will try the best to provide good service to all the customers but we also hope that customers can respect and abide by the rules of the Homestay. if we find that the customers has against the Homestay house rules, therefore, all or part of the security deposit will be forfeited as a fine.
