The romantic villa, located in Sintra's seaside, at just 2 km distance from children's delights Magoito beach, is ideal for families of 8 people (up to a maximum of 10 people) that are looking for a quiet refuge from the busy day life. This secluded villa is located inside a 2 acres property with a pine forest and a beautiful view to the sea and to Sintra's sierra. From the villa you can easily reach Lisbon, Sintra, Cascais, Mafra, Ericeira and other important tourism landmarks. The space Our large villa is integrated in a quiet and rustic 2 acres property made up of flowers, pine, palm and fruit trees, with paths and trails leading to beautiful landscapes, located in Sintra’s seaside at just 2 km away from Magoito’s beach and 5 minutes’ distance from several other picturesque villages and beaches. Its rustic main house is built in a privileged site, allowing its visitors to enjoy its romantic landscapes: on its front to the “Serra de Sintra” and its romantic Pena Palace and on its back overlooking the sea, between the pine trees, where a big orange sun sets every day, delighting the guests with a comforting and energy restoring view. The house is prepared to host a family of up to 8 people (arrangements can be made to accommodate 10). It has 4 spacious bedrooms (2 of them being suites), 3 bathrooms and one social restroom, one sitting room, a large living room and one large kitchen. The house is equipped with baby and infant bed and eating chair. TV reception and Wifi are fiber optics based. In the garage you can find storage of all outdoor equipment for children to play and for eating outside, with garden furniture, a fridge and barbecue set. Adults and children are challenged to take long walks, eat outside, play and rest in the outdoor nearby areas and in the large pine tree areas. Also, for those more adventurous, there is a wild path on the nearby valley across a stream of water that leads you to the beach on foot. Only a 20 minutes walk!! The property is idyllic if you are after a mix of a countryside and beach retreat. Once you close the gates, you will find yourself in your own little private 'paradise', with only the singing of birds, in a quiet, detached refuge to get away from daily life stress. Guest access Full house and property's 2 acres land plot. Other things to note Being close to the beach, the climate is mild and can be a bit humid at nights. The nearest village is at 400 metres from the house with all necessary sevices available (supermarket, coffe-shops and pastries, great restaurants, grocers, etc). The market for fresh seafood, fish and vegetables is located at Praia das Maçãs (10 minutes drive from the house). We strongly advise using the car to reach the beaches and villages around.
