Dogs are welcome, however we ask for a fee between 5 and 15 euros per day depending on the size of your four-legged friend for the extra cleaning that is required of us by the company. For our cat friends, given the many setbacks encountered, we ask that you inform us of their presence before any booking. We prefer to discuss with you before giving our consent. A supplement and/or security deposit to protect us from potential damage will be required. Other things to note We care about preserving the planet, so the rates include a reasonable consumption of 8 Kw/h per day and 200 L of water, any additional will be charged extra. A supplement of €5 to €10 per day will be charged for your pet. Parking on the property is private and for a fee. The rate is €20/day, this rate is reduced for stays longer than 2 nights except for the periods of July to August and the Christmas market. These services are private and are to be paid to us by any means at your convenience, at the latest upon your arrival. The cleaning package includes a reinforced cleaning in compliance with the health charter with disinfection of the premises carried out by the Smart Service Company, which is also duly mandated to carry out the exit inventory (a video is sent to us after the preparation of the premises and a second one as the exit inventory of the travelers), the laundry costs for the sanitation of the bed linen, towels, tea towels, throws and rugs made available to you, by the specialized company ELIS in order to guarantee against Covid-19. and always in the process of preserving the planet, it will be very kind to put aside unused towels.
