Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is perfect if you are traveling with children or if you want a relaxing weekend with friends. We are 10 Minutes away from Piedmont Park, Candler Park, Little Five Points, the Beltline, Ponce City Market and Inman Park. The Marta station is only 1.3 miles away. You have access to street parking (and church parking lot across the street). 15 min drive to airport. The space Recently renovated house with modern accents. Approximately 1264 sq. ft. Truly the best location for the Mercedes Benz Dome (just minutes away from the stadium). We're about 1-2 miles from the city center and most tourist attractions. The house has a Master suite, Queen bed & Futon with private bathroom. Second bedroom with queen bed, and third bedroom with queen bed. One additional air mattress is available upon request for your usage. There are two bathrooms in total and a washer and dryer on the premises. The house also has a living room, a eat-in kitchen and front porch and large manicured yard. Our family home is fully equipped for hosting individuals and large families with or without kid. We are centrally located in the heart of he Atlanta and close to everything. Relax on our comfy couches for a movie night and order in Atlanta's infamous Fellini’s pizza! Note: The community of this beautiful home is the up-and-coming Vine City ~ English Avenue - Quarry Area. Where there is an overhaul of the community with tons of rehabs, New Construction and the city is currently building a $50 million park in the community. This will be home to the largest park in the entire city of Atlanta. There is plenty of rehab and new construction on our street and happening around our community and some spots have some sketchy folks around, however, Atlanta is a urban metropolitan city, you are also flanked by police housing, street cameras, lights and there's truly NO need to worry, or be alarmed as the area is safe and your home away from home is even safer. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. Other things to note Guest can not let others stay in the house unless they are pn the reservation from the beginning for the appropriate amount of guest. There is always a thorough, sanitizing/cleaning between guests. We have high speed wireless internet as well as FireSticks TVs with Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Netflix.
