Spacious family beach holiday house

This is our holiday home where the family gathers at any possible break. But, living abroad it means that we aren't there to use it most of the summer and we have now decided to share it on airbnb. We are looking for guests who will appreciate and respect its homely feeling and good neighbourhood. You will find the house as we do - with our books, dvds, games (including board games, darts, table tennis, table football, snooker...) and we trust that you will treat these as you do at your home. The space The house is located in a small cul de sac street with other villas and little traffic. Neighbours are calm and discrete and will appreciate the same from you. At the beginning of the street there’s a public park for picnics with a play area for toddlers and children. Everything is walking distance in Quiaios ... you will find a supermarket very close to the house, as well as cafes (with free Wi-Fi) and restaurants. A fishmonger van will be parked most mornings next to the supermarket with fish that was caught the previous evening. There is a large public swimming pool built on the beach and free tennis courts and basketball courts a few minutes’ walk from the house. The city of Figueira da Foz is 10 -15 minutes away by car and definitely worth a visit very. You will find there shopping malls, cinemas, casino and night life. Guest access The whole house is yours to use. You will find a separate dining room, a very large living room a room for the pool table in the attic and a separate playroom for children. The outside space has a shaded patio, a large lawn and well-tended garden. Other things to note There is a small medical facility in the village of Quiaios (5 km from the beach) and a full hospital in Figueira da Foz, across the bridge, in direction to Leiria.
