Nestled in this quiet North Morro Bay neighborhood is your 2 bed 2 bath Cottage Style getaway. Our home is a good fit for 2 couples or small family as it is located in a quiet family oriented neighborhood. A short 26 miles to Hearst Castle, wineries & just 13 minutes to Cal Poly for "Mustang families! (Please request pre approval if bringing your pet) Permit # STR25-151 The space Our home has two bedrooms. One with a Queen bed, the other a King. Also includes a queen sofa bed. We have Direct TV streaming on all 3 televisions. We have added an Amazon Echo (you are welcome to unplug the Echo if it makes you more comfortable :) as well as a Ring doorbell at the homes entrance (exterior.) There is a flat screen television in each bedroom and the living room. There is a yellow ethernet cable in the desk drawer. Kitchen is supplied with: microwave, range, toaster, coffee maker, nutribullet, crock pot, waffle maker, dishes/cookware. Home can only accommodate 5 persons. Maximum guests not to exceed 5. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS (unless pre-approved by host) Owner MUST be notified prior to check in if planning on bringing a pet. Flat N/R fee of $50 (not to exceed 2 dogs) Guest access We have provided 5 boogie boards and 2 beach chairs located in the garage. Also a few sand toys for little ones. For little ones we have a portable bed rail in the guest room closet. Please keep in mind. Bed rails can enhance safety for children transitioning to a bed. They must be used correctly to prevent risks of entrapment. Ensure the rail is securely installed and gaps are minimal to avoid hazards. Always supervise your child and consult product guidelines online. Other things to note As part of your reservation you acknowledge the provisions of the "Good Neighbor Brochure" established by the City of Morro Bay. Please read the City of Morro Bay's "Good Neighbor Brochure" under "House Rules" and acknowledge in writing to me prior to booking. Long term occupancy on approval. Gas bbq grill located in garage. (please do not add charcoal) The thermostat located on the wall in the hallway is for heating and house fan. The home does not have A/C. We have a Ring doorbell on the property. Morro Bay, being an old beach town, occasionally experiences power outages. We will share any messages regarding estimated restoration of power. Should you experience a power outage during your stay, you will find emergency lighting in the garage. Our expectation is our guests will respect our home as they would their own. The cleaning fee covers normal cleaning, ie, bathrooms, floors, bedding, putting clean dishes away etc. Normal use of the home. Thank you.
