No loud music is allowed after 10:00 pm. • Please do not leave children unattended around the pool area as there no lifeguard. • Swimming Pools - There are two shared swimming pools, one for adults and one for children. The timings for using the swimming pools are 9 am - 7 pm. Proper swimwear attire is mandatory for entering the pool. • Pets are not allowed. • In case of a power cut, there is Inverter back-up which enables fans and lights for 5-6 hours. Major power cuts or government power failure is beyond our control. • Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment but in the balconies. • Please note that the apartment is on the Ground floor. • Please note that for more than 4 people, we offer a mattress that can accommodate 1 additional people (additional charges apply) •Check in: 2:00 pm Check out: 10:00 am (Late checkout/ early check in, is subject to availability and will be chargeable). • Please note that the host can assist with an early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability only.
