The Shed, in the heart of wedding and wine country

Self-contained and sitting in the heart of Kumeu wine country, The Shed is a unique experience. Arrive through your own gate to a dedicated car park. Free free-range eggs for breakfast (if the girls are laying). The main house is nearby but you are fully self-contained. This converted shed in industrial style has its own kitchen, comfy queen-sized bed, shower and WC. Just down the road are many restaurants, including the gorgeous gastro-pub, Hallertau. And we have 2 friendly dogs on site. The space This converted shed in industrial style is fully self-contained. You have your own gate entrance and car parking space for 2 cars or an RV. In the heart of Kumeu wine country, with wineries, cafes and restaurants all within driving/biking distance. Approx 30 minutes from downtown Auckland. Guest access You have your own entry and use of the pool by arrangement. Also help yourself to eggs from the hen house. Pick your own lemons and oranges. Other things to note The Shed has proved very popular for wedding accommodation, especially as we are super close to several wedding venues, including Gracehill, Markovina, Allely House, Soljans Estate Winery and Kumeu Valley Estate. And for a super-convenient, all purpose venue offering a beautiful space for workshops, long-table lunches, yoga classes and weddings, Little Wilderness is a unique venue about 5 minutes walk away.
