The space The villa consists of two floors with independent entrances, being able to rent it complete, only the main floor, or the main floor plus leisure pack (gym + games room). Main floor: consists of two bedrooms with double beds (1.80x2m and 1.60x2m), two complete bathrooms with shower, living room, fully equipped kitchen and utility room. Air conditioning (for a fee) in both bedrooms and living room. Outdoor swimming pool, with the possibility of heating it (on request and additional payment), solarium area, barbecue, outdoor dining room and miniature golf. If desired, it can be completed with the Leisure Pack, which would give access to the gym area, billiards and games room with PS4. In this case, the price of 4 people should be selected, even if fewer people are staying. For a 4 persons request, the bedrooms available will be the 2 ones in the main floor. If you need more bedrooms, you should select 5 or 6 persons. For an occupancy of 6 people or more, you will have access to the entire house. In the basement there are two more double bedrooms (with two beds each 0.90x2m), full bathroom with shower and games room, gym and billiards. Guest access The villa has a private pool (heated) of 4x7 meters. Large garden with barbecue, solarium with sun loungers, mini-golf and sheltered outdoor dining area. The villa also has its own parking area. The pool heating has an additional cost of € 20 per day (temperature around 26-28 degrees). The air conditioning works on a timer. If you want access to the leisure pack, you will have a gym with an elliptical bike, a multifunction station, a treadmill, a pool table and a PS4.
