Private room in new apartment building near town

My spare bedroom, we'll share kitchen and living room, but you will have your private toilet and shower. The space Close to town, Albert Park (10 minutes walk), Thurston Garden, Fiji Museum, Suva Library, University of South Pacific (USP) and lots of restaurant within 10-15 minutes walk. If you have events/workshop at Grand Pacific Hotel or Holiday Inn, it's perfect and only 10 minutes walk (or I can drop you on my way to the office) in the morning. Guest access You have access to the living room, big balcony, kitchen, own toilet, bathroom and use of the swimming pool. During your stay Ask me any information you need re. Suva (and Fiji) - I would like to think I know most if not all of it after living here for more than 5 years - and still loving it :-) My office is 5 minutes away if there's any problem. Early communication is appreciated.
