Cozy & Fun Basement Studio

The space This apartment is a really safe and fun spot to stay. There’s a very equipped kitchen to cook in, cozy couches to hang out on watching Netflix or playing games, and a dart board and amazing location to get you fired up for a night out! It is close to so many cool bars and restaurants which I’m happy to send recommendations for. Guest access My upstairs neighbours and I are very respectful of each other’s spaces. During the week, noise should be kept to a minimum (especially after 10pm). On weekends, the noise should stop before midnight. If you’re looking to party there are TONS of places to go out super close by. Other things to note This is a studio apartment so there are no “bedrooms”. There is a queen bed, a couch that converts to a bed and an insanely cozy and spacious second couch. There are lots of blankets and pillows to ensure everyone has a cozy sleep. During the summer months there is no AC available but the basement always stays cool and there are a couple fans to use for extra breeze. During the winter months it is warm and there are also heated floors for extra warmth.
