This home is in a superb location close to Orford's shops, cafe's, and across the road from the library. It is approximately a block away from the park and the beach is in front of the park. There is a great walking track that leads to some lovely beaches and can be a short or long walk with high cliff views at some further points. Renovated to a high standard and is fully fenced with electric gate access. The gardens are extensive and add a very tranquil and relaxed feel to the home The space Nice sized yard for children to play. Please be aware that the owners do stay here between guests sometimes, therefore there are general/personal items in cupboards, wardrobes etc There are also a couple of spare warm blankets in the main wardrobe for guests We are open to one night bookings however there would most likely be a surcharge of between $75-$150 depending on the booking Thank you Pets are allowed to stay but not permitted on the furniture. Pets must be toilet trained and not chew or dig. Guest access For a booking up to 3 people, the main room will be available which has a super king and a king single bed. For bookings of 4 people, the second room is available which consists of a queen and double bed. For bookings of up to 7 people the 2 main rooms are available or bunks if preferred for the kids. There is space for 9 people and an additional cot available for a full house booking, however i can accomodate an extra 3 people if required by putting out a single and double foam mattress on the floor. Please let me know if you need to discuss sleeping arrangements or if this doesn't suit we could look at an adjustment. Please book for the correct amount of guests to ensure the space is available. Thank you Other things to note We do use the home for our own getaway at times and therefore the cupboards do have our own items in them. There is a large fridge with a few of our basic items in it and we do have some things in the freezer.
