Private Couple friendly AC room. Fully furnished.

A residential apartment in a housing society for everyone from corporate officers to unmarried couples and from international travelers to localities. It's located in the heart of Pune city, also known as the old peth city. The space Hello Air bnb family, welcome to my apartment. It's a private room in a 4bhk apartment in a residential housing cooperative society. This room will be completely yours and no one will be allowed to disturb you. Also, I stay in Bombay and come often to Pune and stay in the same appartment in another room. I will be available 24/7 for your convenience, of not in person but definitely over the phone. It's couple friendly and all you need is a government ID (either aadhar card or passport. Pan card is not allowed) The room has a queen size bed, (with a 4 inches comfort mattress) clean Lenin (bed sheet), pillows and blankets. It has a fan and an AC which has a remote control access. Multiple sockets sockets on both sides of the bed. It has a huge dressing table mirror (full body vision) and a study table with chair and multiple switch sockets. There is a wardrobe where you keep your belongings and lock it. Also, inside the wardrobe there is a safety locable drawer. We provide filtered water, it has bottles and glasses and you can fill and refill it from the kitchen whenever required. We do not provide breakfast. The room is cleaned everyday for hygiene purpose. The daily cleaning in the room happens between 2 to 3 pm (depends on the maid ) and if you don't want to be disturbed, let us know in advance. The washroom is in the living room and you have an access to it 24/7. There will be hot water, Western Style WC with jet spray and toilet paper. There is a rain shower. Buckets and mug will be provided if required. Soap, shampoo, towel, toilet paper and other toiletries will also be provided. We do not provide towels. I hope that solves all the doubts in mind. This is the place where you can chill, have your meals (we will provide the cutlery but you need to wash it after using it) Note: we do not expect you to sleep the night here in the living room. The access to the kitchen will be limited as it private and you will be about to do basic stuff like boiling water, making maggie and rest to eat packets. full fledge cooking like da, rice, veggies and chappati won't be possible. If you've got food from outside and you need to just heat it, it's no problem. just veg food, strictly. If you wanna do laundry, you can use the washing machine (24/7) at an additional cost of Rs 300. We have enough space in balcony for putting the washed clothes to dry. Also, you can use the iron as per your convenience. During your stay Im there in Bombay most of the time and I'm available 24/7 or over phone. Other things to note There is a 2 wheeler parking in society basement. you should inform me prior if you'll be getting one. 4 wheeler park is not available in the society and would be a bit difficult to find around during peak hours in the day.
