This space is located on the 2nd floor, guests have one floor of interior stairs to walk up.. Pets stay for free but we ask their owner to pick up after them. Guest access The full flat is available for your use. Fully stocked kitchen available for all guests, private washer & dryer with free detergent, lots of bath towels, free fast WIFI and cable TV. It is fully stocked for your use and convenience. This is the owner's home and was fully furnished with love & care. We ask that you respect the property like it was yours. Other things to note Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions. Additional Charges May be Incurred for violating any house rules. -Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge. -No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee. -No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund. -Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you. -No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.) There is ample street parking available throughout the neighborhood, making it easy and convenient for guests traveling with multiple vehicles or visitors stopping by during your stay. The streets are wide and residential, allowing for easy maneuvering and safe, accessible parking close to the home. While parking is generally hassle-free, we kindly ask that you pay close attention to all posted street signs to avoid any potential citations or restrictions, especially on street-sweeping days or designated no-parking zones. This helps ensure a smooth experience for you and maintains good standing within the community. For added convenience, loading and unloading can typically be done directly in front of the property.
