The space Situated on Omaha Drive opposite No 1 green this spacious apartment allows guests to enjoy the magic that Omaha and the surrounding Matakana Coast has to offer. This apartment has private parking for 2 vehicles directly outside. Guests can have the option of renting 1 or 2 bedrooms. There is a spacious living dining area, fully functional kitchen with a separate toilet and bathroom. Tea and coffee are provided. Owners Maryann, George and Buddie (a large friendly golden retriever) reside in the home above the apartment. Perfect for a golfers getaway weekend. Other things to note Please note that the whole of the Omaha and surrounding areas are on Tank water and during the summer months especially we would appreciate that you conserve water where ever possible. Please also note the hot water cylinder in the apartment is only 90 ltr capacity. This means that long showers or over use of hot water will run the cylinder out quickly.
