Space #2 is outside directly in front of the garage. During snow months we have the right to limit this to 1 vehicle. If you plan on bringing 2 vehicles or think one of your vehicles is too large, please contact us. I am always accessible for guests to make their stay more comfortable. I can be as involved or distant as you prefer. Our home is located on Mt. Crested Butte. The neighborhood is comprised of 8 townhome units. Some full time / part time residents. Everyone is very friendly and quiet. We do ask our guests to follow HOA rules regarding no pets, no extra vehicles, no extra guests. The units are closely monitored. Our home has quick and easy access to the mountain which offers hiking and biking trails during warmer months and amazing skiing when it is snowy. The mountain area has restaurants and we are a short 3 mile ride to the town of Crested Butte. Although we have a garage and encourage guests to use it in the winter, the free bus shuttle is the preferred method to get around Crested Butte and Mt. Crested Butte and a great way to make new friends. There is an informative binder available in the home that includes information regarding the area and the home. All Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement & Guest Registry after booking prior to their stay. If you would like a copy of the rental agreement in advance, please message us. As an extension to our cancellation policy, we allow you 7 calendar days to review the agreement and cancel with no penalty ( from the time the agreement is sent, not when it is opened).
