The Maisonette is well located in the heart of the Forez plain, 10 minutes from Montrond-les-Bains and St-Galmier, 15 minutes from Montbrison and Andrézieux Bouthéon, 20 minutes from Feurs, 25 minutes from the Bâtie d'Urfé, 30 minutes from St-Etienne, 45 minutes from the Chalmazel resort and the Pilat Natural Park. It is bright, consisting of a kitchen, living room, bathroom with toilet on the ground floor and a large bedroom upstairs. Guests can take advantage of an outdoor area with garden furniture and parking. The space The cottage is a detached house with an area of 60 m² (45 m² Carrez law) on 2 levels. It is located on our property, about ten meters from our house. It is equipped to accommodate 4 people maximum, plus a baby (free equipment on request). Other things to note The pool is shared with the owners
