Welcome to my home! It features a large backyard and a clean, comfortable living area. The home has been nicely remodeled and offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We host students and young professionals from around the world year-round. Located in an excellent area, just minutes from ASU! You’ll have access to the kitchen, along with a designated space to store your food and dry goods. License Number: STR-001141 TPT#: 21497237 Other things to note House Rules: To help ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for everyone, please take a moment to review our house guidelines: Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During this time, we ask that guests keep noise to a minimum, especially in shared areas, to respect others who may be resting. Kitchen Use: Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, but we kindly ask that you clean up after yourself—this includes washing any dishes, wiping down surfaces, and returning items to their place. While we have a cleaner who comes once a week, maintaining cleanliness in between visits is a shared responsibility. Laundry Access: Laundry is available for guest use between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Please be courteous and avoid leaving clothes in the washer or dryer for extended periods, as other guests may need to use them as well.
