Cozy Sørland house for rent.

My house is located in a nice neighborhood in the old part of Arendal. It is from 1870 and refurbished with a new kitchen and bathroom in the recent years. Bright and cheerful. Large and lovely veranda with sun all day and a cozy garden. Decent parking space for 2-3 cars. Near the museum Kuben, Bomuldsfabrikken art hall and Arendal hospital. Only a ten minute walk to town with all facilities. My place is great for couples, families with older children and business travelers. The space A cozy house suitable for business travelers / friends / families with older children ( steep stairs inside and the veranda make the place not very toddler friendly). Quiet and calm area with sheltered garden . Guest access Guests have access to the entire house . Guests must provide food for themselves, but can help themselves to coffee / tea. Other things to note Bedroom 3 has a guest bed / daybed that can be pulled out into a double bed . This room does not have a door , but only curtain.
