Although Malcolm Street is an older style building it is clean and well maintained. Parking Parking is not included in the rate at Malcolm street. The parking bay is shared between 3 apartments in the complex that are short term apartments. There is a height limit as the car bay is under the building of 2 meters so some 4WD’s with roof racks may not fit. You can secure this bay with a payment of $49.00 per week to paid up front at the time of payment for your apartment. Once you have paid this the bay is solely yours for the duration of you stay.
