The large old townhouse is located in the center of Tavira. You can expect a nice garden with sunny and shady places and an amazing view over the old historical part of Tavira. Tavira Townhouse has 3 sleeping rooms, 2 little bathrooms, 1 dining-room, 1 living-room and an office. And you can enjoy the garden with lemon and orange trees and the roof terrace. You can feel the mediaeval ambience because the house is part of the ancient wall and of the old tower. An incomparable experience! The space Tavira Townhouse is a property with total 180 sqm. You book around 80 sqm house (6 rooms) and a beautiful garden with an amazing roof terrace (garden and terrace 80sqm). The house has: 3 bedrooms with good beds and new mattresses even for delicate spines, 1 new kitchen with electric stove and a reasonable basic equipment - which was built into the historic kitchen with old azulejos / tiles. Two simple bathrooms, one with shower and new elements. 1 living room with modern sofa TV and WLan. As well as a dining and reading room with comfortable reading chair, which adjoins the kitchen. Garden and terrace are equipped with new garden furniture : 1 sitting lounge (4 pers.), 3 sun lounges, 3 outdoor tables at different places ( sun & shadow), 2 relax-chairs, 4-6 simple outdoor chairs. Your can also use our funny outdoorshower to cool down on sunny days. You will find different sunny and shady places and the garden has at least some little fruit trees (lemon, orange, mandarin tree) which you can harvest if they are ripe. The roof terrace offers you a fantastic view over the old ancient Tavira and invites for relaxing hours. Our new thatched roof construction on the roof terrace offers you shelter from the sun. In the middle of the house is on the left side a passage door to our main water tap. This area is only for access to the main water tap and is NOT part of the house and is expressly not rented. We ask you to take care of our neighbor, who lives in this area. Guest access You rent the whole house with a small garden and a roof terrace - alltogether 180sqm-for your relaxing holidays: (3 bedrooms, 1 dining & living-room, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 office-room and one television room with internet access. Outside you have severall relaxing areas where you can sit and eat in the sun and shade. The area to the left of the house is not part of the renting. It doesn't belong to our house. Enjoy the Algarve! Other things to note This is a private house and area - please no parties and respectful contact with our neighbours. Wintertime from 1. December till 28. February: Conditions during heating time from 1 December to 28 February: The renting-price is during winter-period always calculated without electricity (the house has several E-heater and a wood-oven) . So you pay extra what you consume in Kw/h. Therefor we will calculate a pre-pay sum in the offer and we clear/deduct the consumption after your stay.
