Pen Cliff-Seaside chalet and sea view garden.

Our delightful, individual wooden chalet has a sunny south-westerly aspect and is nestled into the side of the cliff by the sea with amazing views over the beach at Crackington Haven. In an idyllic location just a few minutes walk from a lovely sandy beach, a couple of cafes and a super pub serving great food overlooking the bay which enjoys frequent amazing sunsets. A superb base for couples or a small family. Please note that no pets are allowed. The space Very comfortable self-catering seaside chalet set in a pretty little garden with paved patio area enjoying fantastic sea views. The open-plan living area has oak floors and leather sofas, a dining area and well-equipped kitchen with large windows and French doors opening onto the patio [which is furnished with 4 chairs and a table to enjoy dining al fresco] and offers a great outside space to take advantage of the superb views in shelter and comfort. There are two small bedrooms [one king and one with bunk beds] which have large windows and a shower/wet room with loo and wash-basin. There are ample electric heaters and the chalet is a great place to stay at any time of year. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property which is all on one level. The chalet is situated a few meters up the coast path which is unlit and uneven with a few steep steps and therefore the accommodation is not suitable for guests with limited mobility especially in wet weather when it can be a bit slippery. There is private, off-road parking [for up to 2 cars] at road level. Please note that mobile phone reception is sporadic on the coast so please be sure to have the directions with you. Other things to note Pen Cliff is situated a few steps up the coast path which is uneven and unlit and therefore may not be accessible to all. Private, off-road parking is at road level and guests walk about 20 metres up the coast path to Pen Cliff. Please note that electricity is charged [at cost] by meter reading and payable at the end of your stay. [Off peak electricity is included in the rental from September to April]
