Izerski Zakątek - Yellow House

We invite you to spend time in the tiny village of Antoniów, on the edge of the Jizera Mountains. A cozy cottage for rent, perfect for a family of 2+2. Our guests can relax from the hustle and bustle by the ponds belonging to the farm, drinking coffee on the jetty or sunbathing on a comfortable deck chair. There is a barbecue next to the cottages and shared with others. Please be sure to see the guest access. Note: temporarily limited access to the ponds. The space Dear Guests. For the sake of our common health and safety, we comply with sanitary requirements. We disinfect all surfaces and wash the bedding at a high temperature. Check-in is contactless - keys are available in the safe. The Yellow House is as follows: The ground floor of the cottage is occupied by a living room with a fireplace. The room has a table with chairs where you can comfortably eat a meal, a corner, comfortable fold-out sofa and an LED TV with a rich package of programs. The kitchen provides the comfort of preparing meals. It is equipped with a fridge, a stove with an oven, a set of plates, pots, pans, cutlery, mugs, bowls, a kettle, white and red wine glasses, and glasses. There is no need to bring knives, kitchen towels, dishwashing liquid – it's all there. The bathroom has a shower and a set of large towels. In the attic there is a bedroom with a double bed and a small, cozy bedroom for two children. The cottage is heated only by a fireplace. During the heating season, the appropriate amount of wood is prepared. The fireplace is only for heating. We do not provide wood for burning "for the mood" when it is warm. There is Wi-Fi in the cottage, but the speed may be limited. We have made every effort to make your stay in our cottage pleasant and comfortable. Guest access Guests have the entire cottage at their disposal (a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom plus a tiny bedroom for children) and the entire area of the farm - ponds, a jetty, a barbecue, a place for a bonfire. Please remember, however, that you are going to the countryside - we do not have perfectly even paths, we do not mow lawns to a height of 5 cm. If you have such expectations, then choose a hotel, resort or spa. Spiders may live on the porch. Other things to note Note: The Green and Yellow House are twins. There may be other guests and hosts on the property. The cottages are heated by fireplaces and wood and firewood are prepared for the entire stay. You are responsible for lighting the fire in the fireplace. We do not provide charcoal for barbecue. Staying in the Yellow House with animals is only possible by prior arrangement. The Internet may not be perfect, but since the changes made in spring 2020, guests have rated it as sufficient for remote work and study, including teleconferencing. The speeds are 4-12 Mbs.
