The modern and spacious open kitchen is fully equipped to serve the large dining area that accommodates up to 12 people. A small staircase leads to the upper floor where 2 bedrooms are found. The Master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom, walk in shower and junior bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom with walk in shower opposite the bedroom. The third bedroom is to the right of the main entrance after the boot roomand is equipped with a queen size bed and has its own bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. The farm house has been beautifully furnished to the highest of standards, all rooms have amazing views of the idyllic Cotswold countryside. There is also Willow cottage which is part of the Whitehall Cottage, it sleeps two guests on a futon mattress and has a bathroom but no shower. Also known as the games room as it has a wooden table football. Winterspring Cottage was an old artist atelier that has been restored to retain original features including very high ceilings and large triple glazed windows but with the addition of a modern fire place and a dazzling spiral staircase. The upper bedroom has a queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom, walk in shower and the lower bedroom also has a queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom.
