Bella Estate w/ Pool and 4 bedrooms

Bella Estate is a Modern Las Vegas 70's Home, Centrally Located in the Paradise neighborhood. Come stay here with your family or friends and relax by the pool or enjoy a fancy dinner in our lovely modern home that we have set up for our guests. We do not host local gatherings. Great for entertaining small groups touring the city or as a romantic getaway. This is not a party house if that’s your intent. This is a home for a nice relaxing vacation- NOT a party. The space Respect the neighbors with no loud noise after 8pm. No large parties WHAT-SO-EVER. This will result in an immediate eviction. No extra guests without consulting the Host and agreeing to an extra guest fee. The amount of guests you list on your reservation is the amount you are allowed to have inside of the home. Please be aware of safety protocol around the pool area. Fireplace is not working please do not use for safety reasons. Other things to note Although we love animals, please note that we are not pet-friendly. This is for many reasons, but mainly due to accidents and other guest's potential allergies.
