Free Parking, Single, Quiet Location

Our check in times are flexible depending on the days we work. Please do CONTACT FIRST before booking if you wish to check in at a specific time or have a different work rota . The place is situated in a convenient location, close to all amenities and bus/route options. Long term guests- 28 days plus- may use the kitchen utensils such as microwave, fridge etc. No cooking. The room contains a real single bed, a desk and clothing rack. Bathroom and restroom are shared with us. The space Close to Bournemouth and Sandbanks Beach. This is a ground floor room which contains a real single bed, wardrobe and desk. Please contact us before booking if you have specific check in time or work pattern/rota. There is a fridge in the kitchen if you wish to keep some food at the house. Our smoker guests may use the front garden. The kitchen may be used by long term guests for microwave, utensils and fridge. There is plenty of parking spots including parking at the front of house on the road. Please ask before booking if you are not sure about the rules. During your stay We are a couple with full time jobs. We do not have any children. The house is usually very quiet. We try to interact with our guests as much as we can after work. Other things to note Bournemouth Beach, Sandbanks Beach, Poole, Swanage, Durdle Door, Christchurch, Studland. Lots of green area near the house where you could go for a walk/jog/bike riding etc. Also the leisure center and shopping/dining facilities are about seven-minute walk away.
